There comes a moment in a nation’s life when it must prove whether it truly believes in the promises written into its own founding documents. That moment is now.

The Reparations for All Bill of 2025 is not symbolic. It is not partial. It is not rhetorical. It is direct, exacting, and final—naming the harm, calculating the debt, and delivering a remedy large enough to match centuries of systemic exploitation.

Every human being physically present anywhere on United States soil, airspace, or territorial waters on the date this Act becomes law shall receive:

💰 A one-time, tax-free reparations monetary payment in U.S. DOLLARS of no less than  the amount of:

Human Being
Any individual physically present in the United States, its territories, or airspace, regardless of citizenship, immigration status, incarceration, or institutionalization, at the time this Act becomes law.

Reparations Payment
A one-time, tax-free reparations monetary payment in U.S. DOLLARS of no less than  the amount of:

$553,582,741,836,572,500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 

per person

Non-Taxable
Reparations payments shall be completely tax-free, and exempt from garnishment, seizure, offset, lien, levy, or bankruptcy proceeding.

The One Key Strategy is a nonviolent, silent protest—a collective act of unity against predatory lending, racial discrimination, redlining, and generational exploitation.

It calls on every individual in the United States to return all keys to all lenders—homes, vehicles, equipment, or other financed property—as a visible, lawful withdrawal from the systems that have profited from our oppression.

To show national solidarity without causing chaos, each participant will also send one symbolic key to the White House:
